With multiple spaces our venue is versatile and can accommodate smaller events up to 500 person reception style events. For a wedding, there are many ways to use the space including a ceremony on-site, and a seated dinner. An intimate wedding feels just as at home as a seated dinner for 200.
Rental prices are dependent upon date and timing but range from $2,000 to $12,000.
Our venue team will serve as a main point of contact for initial conversations through day of execution.
Boka Catering Group serves as our preferred catering partner to provide the hospitality and cuisine you have come to expect from one of the nation's premier restaurant groups.
Alternatively, we also provide the flexibility for you to contract one of the other excellent licensed and insured catering companies that Chicago has to offer.
We do not have exclusive partnerships, but would be happy to recommend vendors based on the needs of your events. Please feel free to view some of our favorites.
We are not a BYOB venue. The Wellsley maintains a liquor license and the spirits, wine, and beer for your event are purchased from The Wellsley.
Metered street and garage parking options are available on Wells Street. Valet parking is available to be contracted.
